Virtual Read Across America Program
Join us live from the National Museum of the Marine Corps for our Virtual Read Across America Program. In this interactive program, students in grades 3-5 can listen and learn the history of military animals through literature! To create a broader learning scope, we will be offering story times for upper elementary students (grades 3-5).
Students can listen to "Sergeant Reckless: The True Story of the Little Horse who became a Hero" by Patricia McCormick. This program will consist of a reflective Q&A session, interactive activities and more.
