The National Museum of the Marine Corps, in partnership with the Marine Corps History Division, presents a seven part lecture series exploring the development of defining cultural traits throughout 250 years of Marine Corps history.
This series is free and open to the public. Each lecture will be held in the NMMC Scuttlebutt Theater. Visitors may enjoy extended hours in the galleries and Tun Tavern prior to the Program. About the Series: Each lecture in the USMC 250 Lecture Series provides a focused look at key moments and themes that shaped the Corps. From battlefield innovation to cultural evolution, these talks offer an opportunity to explore Marine Corps history with expert guidance and historical context. As lectures occur, recordings will be added to this page so that visitors can revisit the material or catch up on presentations they missed. Visit our In-Museum events Calendar for detailed dates and topics. |
